Addiction Medicine

We provide compassionate, evidence-based care for adolescents and young adults navigating substance use and addiction. Whether someone is experimenting, struggling with misuse, or seeking recovery, we meet each young person where they are—with honesty, respect, and hope.

Services include:

  • Comprehensive substance use assessments

  • Expert guidance on the interplay of substance use and other mental health conditions

  • Treatment planning tailored to developmental stage and goals

  • Medication for addiction treatment (including buprenorphine for opioid use disorder)

  • Supportive urine testing program

  • Contingency management

  • Harm reduction counseling (including Naloxone education)

  • Co-occurring mental health support

  • Caregiver/Family guidance

  • Collaboration with families, schools, and community providers

  • Guidance around confidentiality, safety, and consent

  • Referrals to higher levels of addiction care when appropriate (e.g., hospital-based detoxification, intensive outpatient program, residential treatment, etc.)

Care is led by a physician board-certified in adolescent medicine and addiction medicine with deep experience supporting youth and families through vulnerable and complex transitions. Our approach is nonjudgmental and strength-based, grounded in the belief that every young person deserves access to respectful, developmentally informed care.
