Expert guidance on the interplay of substance use and other mental health conditions
Treatment planning tailored to developmental stage and goals
Medication for addiction treatment (including buprenorphine for opioid use disorder)
Supportive urine testing program
Contingency management
Harm reduction counseling (including Naloxone education)
Co-occurring mental health support
Caregiver/Family guidance
Collaboration with families, schools, and community providers
Guidance around confidentiality, safety, and consent
Referrals to higher levels of addiction care when appropriate (e.g., hospital-based detoxification, intensive outpatient program, residential treatment, etc.)
Care is led by a physician board-certified in adolescent medicine and addiction medicine with deep experience supporting youth and families through vulnerable and complex transitions. Our approach is nonjudgmental and strength-based, grounded in the belief that every young person deserves access to respectful, developmentally informed care.
